Hello my friend!
Welcome, I am so glad you joined me.
The fact that your life and mine are masterpieces and that we are destined for good, is great news!
Here is some even more good news to pile on top. You have agency and can boost self-leadership.
Before we get into the practical tips. Why is it so important to lead, a.k.a. self-lead, well? By self-leading, we become a powerful resource to help ourselves master our inner world! We get to know the different parts of ourselves and then lead from our amazing core of courage and (self) compassion. It's like becoming the director of our own internal movie. Every part of us gets to shine in its perfect role. Ready to dive in and discover the super accessible, practical and powerful way to self-leadership? Let's go!
Here are five easy ways to lead yourself now. The ideas are simple but it can be a challenge to do it and I acknowledge that. It is still worth it to try these simple tips today:
Be Yourself: It's important to be true to who you are. When you're yourself, you can feel confident, trustworthy, and it is easier for your inner parts to follow.
Know Your Strengths: Think about what you're good at and what you enjoy doing. These are your strengths! Also, don’t forget your innate power of bravery and kindness.
Face Challenges: Everyone has tough times. It's okay to feel upset or scared sometimes. Facing challenges, in fact expecting them and anticipating them, can help us to be more resilient. We can lead in the highs and lows.
Think About Your Actions: Before you act, think about whether it matches your values and goals. This helps you to lead consistently, not tossed about like a boat on rough seas.
Start Now: You can start being a better leader right away. Small steps each day lead to big improvements over time. What step do you want to take?
A consequence of mastering our inside world with good self leadership is to bring harmony, helping our inner parts to to work together, serving our highest good, creating a balanced and an authentic life.
Stay real and be alive.
Kevin
